How to install the NOVA Mobile App

Step 1:

• After locating the “NOVA App” on your app store, press “open” to install.

• Allow the requested permissions for your NOVA App to function effectively.

Step 2:

• Login using your mobile number.

• First select the respective group that introduced you to the NOVA App,

• Provide your mobile number to receive your verification code and then press “Next”.

Step 3:

• On receiving your verification code, enter it in the space provided and select “ Continue”.

Step 4:

• You will be prompted to change your unique pin that can be used to cancel a panic alert.

• Enter your unique Pin and save your pin by pressing the back button.

• Step 5:
• Select “Home” to display all the app functions.

• Select “Setting” and then “My ICE Contacts”.

• Enter your ICE contacts names and mobile numbers and save your ICE contacts by pressing the back button.

• You may add up to 10 ICE contacts.

Step 6:

• To test that your NOVA Mobile App is installed properly and communicates with the server, select “Settings” and “Test My Panic Button”

• Press the red panic button and wait for the response to verify that your panic was received.

• Your NOVA Panic Button is now ready to use incase of an emergency.
