Paradigm Alpha is in the process of establishing a “Behavioural & Communication Intelligence Academy & Applications Research Capability”. The focus is on experiential/field training, utilising a blended learning approach, that includes a combination of online classes, video assessments and when needed contact sessions. Certification takes place based on competencies.

Although trainings are available, the platforms are still in process for online training.
